David Walliams becomes a father

Comedian David Walliams has become a father for the first time.

His wife, Lara Stone, gave birth to a baby boy although the details of when and where the birth took place have remained private.

A spokeswoman for the 29-year-old model said: “We can confirm they have had a baby boy.”

The Britain’s Got Talent judge married Stone in May 2010 at a popular London venue. Walliams rose to fame alongside his comedy partner Matt Lucas in the hit sketch show Little Britain.
