ABC Picks Up Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D

Was there ever any doubt over ABC picking up Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D?

The Joss Whedon produced television series, an off-shoot from the hugely successful Avengers film, has been given a series order by ABC. The cast for the drama includes Clark Gregg, Ming-Na, Chloe Bennett, Brett Dalton and Iain De Caestecker who starred the critically acclaimed and BAFTA winning BBC drama The Fades.

The first promo for Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D will air on ABC this Sunday during the second season finale of Once Upon A Time. As yet there are few other details regarding the series pick up but more will likely emerge in the coming days and weeks.
