Pop music return for Paris Hilton

Paris Hilton looks set to be taking a much needed break from serving jail time, carrying small dogs and looking for a BFF to record that second album that the world has been waiting for.No less than 7 years on from her original attempt to launch a pop career Paris is going back to the recording studio signing to Lil Wayne’s label ‘Cash Money’.

Paris, the former star of series The Simple Life, is said to be collaborating with Lil Wayne after he performed at her birthday last year. After the success of her first release ‘Stars Are Blind’ which stormed the charts to number 6, a betting company are offering odds on whether this effort will be more or less successful with 8/15 available on her next album beating her first album in the charts and 7/4 for it to be Billboard no. 1.

Odds are also being offered on Lil Wayne being the new man in Paris’ life at 8/1, the album to win a Grammy at 20/1 which unsurprisingly are pretty close to the 25/1 on offer for her to return to jail

A Paddy Power spokesperson said: “From the woman who famously said ‘I don’t think I just walk’ what else can we expect but chart storming success. It’s 50/1 that it’ll be so good that she becomes a UN ambassador in 2013 which is undoubtedly worth a punt.”
