Johnny Logan is returning to Eurovision to help celebrate the contests’ 60th birthday.
Ireland representative Johnny Logan, best known as ‘Mr Eurovision’ and the only performer to have won the contest three times – twice as a performer (1980 and 1987) and once as a songwriter in 1992 – will be performing a medley of his winning songs “What’s Another Year” from 1980 and “Hold Me Now” from 1987 at a special concert to mark the occasion.
Logan also wrote the winning song ‘Why Me’, which won Ireland another victory in 1992.
Tickets to attend Eurovision’s Greatest Hits, taking place at London’s Eventim Apollo Hammersmith, will be available to purchase at 10.15am (GMT) / 11.15am (CET) on Friday 6 February 2015 from bbc.co.uk/eurovision (UK bookings) and Eurovision.tv (international bookings).
