London Live has procured the broadcast rights to this year’s Chinese New Year celebrations, working with the London Chinatown Chinese Association.
The channel is to broadcast a 2-hour programme, live from the heart of Chinatown and Trafalgar Square focusing on the festivities. Viewers will be able to watch traditional performances from upcoming local artists and artists from China including some spectacular troupe-based displays.

The show will also be encountering the organisers behind the event and will have back stage access to the key events throughout the day.
Live from London: Chinese New Year airs 22nd February on London Live from 3pm.
Viewers outside London will be able to tune in as coverage will be streamed to the London Live website, which can accessed using a PC, mobile or tablet.
