Big Brother: The Others are coming!

Big Brother Emma and Rylan 2016

Big Brother returns to our screens next Tuesday in what is set to be the show’s biggest launch show to date.

Big Brother will have two houses for the first time in its 16 year history. The housemates in the main Big Brother house will have no idea that just feet away there are another set of housemates, known as ‘The Others’. The Others will be playing the game, hoping to secure a place in the main Big Brother house and a chance of taking the top prize of £100,000.

Speculation of two houses have been rife over the past few months as pictured emerged of work being carried out next to the main Big Brother house at Elstree Studios in Borehamwood. The housemates for Big Brother 17 went into hiding yesterday afternoon ahead of next week’s live launch. Big Brother has teased that some of the Housemates and the Others will have connection to each other which could turn both houses ‘upside down’.

The new Big Brother eye, with half black, half white and a mix in the middle, led fans to speculate whether celebrities would be living side-by-side with civilians. The promos have also been using the tag line ‘The game is changing’. Emma Willis is back as the main host, with Rylan Clark-Neal fronting Big Brother’s Bit On The Side.

Big Brother: Live Launch airs Tuesday 7 June at 9.00pm on Channel 5.
