E4 airs Davinia Taylor’s Hollyoaks return

Davinia Taylor has made her whirlwind return to Hollyoaks as Jude Cunningham during tonight’s E4 episode.

Talking previously about her return to the Chester village, Davinia, who lives in London with her fiancée and four children said:

“I’m thrilled to be going back into Hollyoaks and bringing Jude back. I am desperate to see what on earth she has been doing for the past 18 years and what trouble she will no doubt cause!”

Hollyoaks first announced the popular character’s reprisal in May 2016, but tonight viewers finally got to see what prompted Jude’s comeback and what she has in store for her family and other residents of the fictional Chester village.

Davinia first played Cindy’s big sister, Jude from 1996 to 1998 and as the saying goes “a leopard never changes it’s spots” – so expect the same amount of troublesome scheming that was synonymous with her character 18 years ago. It has also been teased that Jude will be involved in this year’s Hollyoaks autumn stunt when she organises a ‘Halloween Spooktacular’.
