It’s Make or Break for Channel 5 tonight

One to Watch: Make or Break is to air over the next two weeks on Channel 5.

Channel 5 tonight bring us a relationship series with a group of sexy boys and girls in Make or Break. The ten part series, airing Monday to Friday, brings together eight couples who have come to a crossroads in their lives – and not a hint of Meg Mortimer in sight. Are they with the one? Are they with the right one? Is their relationship worth fighting for? These cute couples attempt to find out via partner swaps, trials and expert advice whether they’re loving the right one.

The series will broadcast for the next two weeks as viewers follow the ups and downs, the fun times and hard decisions each participant has to make. The show takes the couples to a Mexican tropical paradise to see if their relationships will make it or whether its time to say farewell. The couples will swap partners every 48 hours during the show as well as take part in expert lead workshops, a series of challenges and sex therapy lessons.

At the end of their stay they’ll be asked that all important question make-up or break-up?

In this evenings first edition the partners arrive in the tropical paradise and there is immediate friction. Matty struggles to be separated from Jess, Beth brings David to tears while Nikita thinks its all over and Elle and Andy hit rock bottom.

Highlights from the rest of the week see David and Beth receive some helpful sex therapy, Elle continues to struggle with her cheating boyfriend Andy while Stephen’s secret is exposed.

Holly and Karl learn new ideas while Stephen upsets Abbi with another confession and by the end of the week the challenge causes shock-waves across the camp.

Make or Break airs weeknights at 10pm from tonight (August 7th).
