Hollyoaks release their five suspects trailer

A new Hollyoaks trailer has revealed the final five suspects in the ‘Who Killed Amy?’ murder case.

Amy Barnes (Ashley Slanina-Davies) was murdered on her wedding day, and in next week’s episodes (starting Friday 1^st Sept on E4 and Monday 4^th Sept on C4) the trial begins, with Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson) the prime suspect.

Although it is Ste in the dock, a number of other characters could have potentially committed the crime, including: James Nightingale (Gregory Finnegan), who is representing Ste in court, but also framing him; Ryan Knight (Duncan James) – Amy’s husband who was having it off with Kyle Kelly (Adam Rickitt) behind her back; Harry Thompson (Parry Glasspool) – Ste’s fiancé; and DS Armstrong (Andrew Hayden Smith) who stalked Amy prior to her death. 

In the trailer, viewers can see alternative versions of the night Amy died, showing each of the suspects in her flat in the hours building up to her death. There will also be a Facebook Live trial special on Thursday 31st August at 4:34pm featuring interviews with all of the suspects, Lime Pictures note.
