Eamonn Holmes joins refreshed talkRADIO schedule

The This Morning host is joining a revamped TalkRadio to host his own programme on the network.

talkRADIO has shaken up its line-up with new signings and schedule changes to get you talking. Legendary TV and radio broadcaster Eamonn Holmes OBE, takes over the daily 4-7pm drivetime slot from Monday.  Current mid-morning host Julia Hartley-Brewer moves to Breakfast bringing you her no-nonsense approach to the biggest stories of the day from 6:30am.

Broadcaster Mike Graham will now present mid-morning from 10am with regular co-host and Theresa May’s former Director of Communications Katie Perrior, to bring you the latest news and political analysis. Jamie East joins talkRADIO from its sister station Virgin Radio, taking on the 1-4pm slot until a brand new presenter is unveiled in April. He’ll be joined by a host of co-hosts including Melanie Sykes.

Meanwhile the godfather of speech James Whale continues in the 7-10pm slot (Mon-Thurs) with ever opinionated George Galloway every Friday from 7pm. Award-winning presenter Iain Lee hosts the best late-night speech radio show in the country, fresh from the I’m A Celebrity jungle, at 10pm-1am. Plus there’s a brand new Early Breakfast show with James Max which kicks-off this Monday from 5am following Paul Ross at 1am until 5am (starting on January 22).
