Channel 4 presenter and farmer Jimmy Doherty has put together a music and food extravaganza for his 2018 festival.
Jimmy is best known to Channel 4 viewers for his Food Unwrapped series.
The Food Unwrapped star has announced the amazing full main stage line up for his music and food festival, Jimmy’s Festival on 21st & 22nd July 2018. Headliners are Paul Young and the Happy Mondays.
Also confirmed are The Rats, The Bluetones, Marsicans, Longey & The Gospel Trash, Ashfields, MINT, Rory Hope and Tom Lumley.
In addition to the line-up, the festival includes a programme of celebrity chef demonstrations in the Woodforde’s Kitchen hosted by Joe Hurd. They are also thrilled to announce the first of their Children’s acts, Dick & Dom, who will take to the main stage on the Sunday, bringing their own brand of mayhem and comedy to entertain both young and old.
The festival will welcome 20,000 people over the weekend, who can immerse themselves in a laid back, friendly atmosphere with quality food, music and more. In the heart Suffolk, Jimmy’s Farm boasts a wildlife park, a butterfly house and an ancient woodland which will host workshops throughout the festival including den-building and woodland craft.
‘We are buzzing for this year’s line-up – it’s the best we’ve ever had. It’s so exciting to be bringing this much new talent as well as incredible headliners. The whole event has something for everyone with all the added extras, especially the incredible food – where else can you hang out with meerkats one minute, and the Happy Mondays the next?!’ – Jimmy Doherty
