EastEnders’ Patrick to be given a love interest
The loveable rogue is to be paired up with Sheree, a new character played by Suzette Llewellyn.
Denise (Diane Parish) and Kim Fox (Tameka Empson) are in for a surprise when Sheree arrives in the Square on Patrick’s (Rudolph Walker) arm. While the character is noted as being “a ball of positivity with a serious zest for life,” the beeb also say that she won’t shy away from speaking her mind where it is necessary.
“I am delighted to be joining the cast of EastEnders and I’m very excited to see what’s in store for Sheree. She’s bold, bright and a lot of fun so I can’t wait to see how she settles into Walford.” – Suzette Llewellyn
The role of Sheree isn’t the actress’s first in the BBC One soap. She minorly appeared as a court clerk in the show back in 2015 when Max Branning was on trial for the murder of Lucy Beale.
Suzette’s other credits include Holby City, Coronation Street, Hollyoaks and Doctors.
“I’m thrilled to announce that Suzette’s joining the show as Sheree — a force of nature with a big heart who’s never far away from trouble… Fans are in for a treat this summer!” – Jon Sen, Executive Producer
Viewers can expect to see Sheree on screen for the first time later this summer.
