TalkTalk TV gets movies boost from Rakuten TV

Rakuten TV service offers TalkTalk TV ‘Boost’ subscribers access to a wide range of additional movies.

Rakuten TV have this month begun a new partnership with Pay-TV provider TalkTalk TV, offering users a new subscription video on demand (SVOD) service with access a wide range of top films.

The service became active to TalkTalk TV customers, subscribed to a TalkTalk TV ‘Boost’, from the start of this month (July 2019). 

The Rakuten TV service is one of the biggest video on demand platforms in Europe available in 42 countries. Rakuten sponsors FC Barcelona, NBA Champion’s Golden State Warriors, Davis Cup and Spartan Race, amongst others.

TalkTalk launched its TV offering in 2012 with it being noted as ‘Britain’s fastest growing TV service’. As a result of a number of high profile content deals, TalkTalk TV viewers have access to both Sky Sports and BT Sport, Prime Video from Amazon, Netflix, hit HBO shows such as Westworld, Big Little Lies and Game of Thrones, as well as blockbuster movies to rent and own from all major studios.

TalkTalk TV customers also have access to a suite of Sky channels including Sky One, Sky Witness and Sky Arts.
