Countryfile Ramble returns

The show airs this evening on BBC One.

Matt Baker, Steve Brown, John Craven, Ellie Harrison, Tom Heap, Adam Henson and Anita Rani lace up their walking boots for the fifth Countryfile Ramble for BBC Children in Need.

Visiting various locations across the UK, the presenters are joined by members of the public as well as inspirational children and young people who have been supported by BBC Children in Need-funded charities and projects.

Anita leads a ramble around North Cornwall’s beautiful heritage coastline with 12 year-old Cara, who has been supported by the Donna Louise Trust.  Ellie and Steve are in Worcester to lead a mass ramble with 16 year-old Aaliyah, who has been supported by Cardiomyopathy UK.
