New Zealand detective drama The Gulf to air on Alibi
The series has been acquired for UKTV channel Alibi.

Recently launched at MIPCOM, German-New Zealand thriller The Gulf, centres around the moral disintegration of Detective Jess Savage, who finds herself caught between upholding the legal justice system and morality, as she investigates crimes on her home patch of Waiheke Island, New Zealand.

The Gulf originally commissioned for TV3 in New Zealand and ZDF in German will air on UKTV channel Alibi next year in a deal with distributor Banijay Rights.
Alibi is the only TV channel dedicated to crime drama, investigating the best selection from the genre and premiering hit series from around the world such as Harrow, Waco and I Am The Night.
Committed to UKTV Original series with guaranteed thrills, twists and turns, Alibi has commissioned Traces, starring Molly Windsor and Martin Compston, which will air later this year, and We Hunt Together for 2020.
