Celebrity classic car road trip series for BBC Two
BBC Two is to air a four-part factual series following a celebrity road trip across south east Asia.
Former Top Gear host Noel Edmonds is one of the stars taking part in the series.

In a once-in-a-lifetime TV road trip, four well-known duos will drive nearly 4,000km through Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam in a fleet of classic cars. Coming to BBC Two in 2018, across four episodes the famous pairs will compete against each other and other vintage car enthusiasts as part of The Endurance Rally Association’s Road to Saigon competition.
Whether family, friends or a couple, each team will have to pull together to complete this arduous challenge. The duos are Noel Edmonds and his wife Liz; husband and wife Martin Kemp (Spandau Ballet) and Shirlie Kemp (Wham!); chef Andi Oliver and her TV presenter daughter Miquita Oliver; and pals Tinchy Stryder and Jordan Stephens (Rizzle Kicks).
To be in with a chance of winning, they’ll have to work closely in their driver/navigator pairs as they follow the strict rally rules including finding their way without a sat nav and try to keep their cool when engines fail and cars break down.
The journey will take them through some of the least explored areas of the region, from the foothills of the Thai King’s Summer Residence past the Tonle Sap floating villages of Cambodia and to the Jahai tribes of Vietnam.
