Michelle Wolf has landed her own weekly Netflix half-hour talk show that will premiere later this year the streaming content service has announced.
The show, which telly executives admit does not have a title yet, will take a break from the seriousness of late night comedy. Instead of making the news fun, she’ll make light of everything and everybody. There will be no preaching or political agenda…unless it’s funny.
With four years of working on shows including The Daily Show and Late Night with Seth Meyers, it’s now her turn to step centre stage and take the full beam of the spotlight.
Michelle will Executive Produce through her Cats in Pants production banner, with Netflix yet to confirm, along with the title, the scheduled air date for the laugh-in series.
