Animated comedy The Simpsons on Fox pulled in 4.7 million viewers with a 2.1 18-49 rating followed by Bob’s Burgers which had 3.6 million viewers and a 1.8 rating. Kathy Bates drama Harry’s Law on NBC attracted 7.5 million viewers but had an 18-49 rating of just 0.7 which doesn’t aid its chances of renewal at all.
At 9pm the final season of Desperate Housewives continued on ABC with a small rise in ratings; 9.3 million viewers tuned in with a 2.8 rating. The soapy drama will bow out in a grand finale later this month with a series of former stars returning such as Dana Delany. Celebrity Apprentice on NBC pulled in 6.1 million viewers with a 1.9 rating while Family Guy on Fox had 5.5 million viewers with a 2.7 18-49 rating followed by American Dad which had 4.7 million viewers and a 2.3 rating.
At 10pm GCB reached its season finale with 5.6 million viewers with a 1.8 rating – the comedy drama is a “bubble” show with its fate potentially going either way. CBS’s NYC 22 is seen as a likely contender for cancellation with last night’s episode seen by 6.9 million viewers but it’s 18-49 rating was 1.3.
