Andrew Elvis Miller to join One Tree Hill

Entertainment Weekly reports that the actor will play a killer in the ninth and last season; an Eastern European assassin who could just spell the end for some of the characters as the soapy drama hurtles towards its finale. Could One Tree Hill be preparing to kill off some of its cast members or just play around with the audience? Andrew Elvis Miller has previously appeared in episodes of Monk, Ugly Betty, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Miami Medical.
