Channel 4 Get Their Blaps Out, again

Channel 4 has unleashed more Comedy Blaps following the success of their first outing last year. The project is an online showcase of new talent and programme ideas.
Ordered and overseen by Comedy Commissioning Editor Fiona McDermott her Blaps are a series of short form videos available on Channel 4.com as well as Youtube, Vimeo and as a podcast on iTunes and Feedburner.

Comedy Blaps: available at www.channel4.com/blaps the first outing last year saw more than 2 million views across all platforms. Irish comedy duo Rubberbandits secured a broadcast pilot on the back of their Blaps success, proudly Channel 4 say this is proof that this grassroots initiative can deliver big breaks for new writers and performers.
