One to Watch: Superstructures: Engineering Marvels, National Geographic at 9pm
 Over the past month the documentary series has investigated how the world’s largest aircraft, the Antonov AN-225, gets off the ground and fly, while also looking at the incredible innovations behind the world’s tallest building, Dubai’s Burj Khalifa. We’ve also seen the breath-taking engineering triumphs that made the International Space Station the most innovative and expensive superstructure ever built.
Tonight episode five of Superstructures: Engineering Marvels looks to the Biggest Dome in the world with a look under the largest free-spanning dome-structure, which covers the Singapore National Stadium. Next week the final episode of the series takes in a Giant Car Plant when the programme uncovers the engineering and production innovations hidden inside it Germany’s Wolfsburg factory – the largest car plant in the world.
The six part series from Pioneer Productions for National Geographic, aims to reveal the extraordinary feats of engineering hidden inside the world’s most spectacular man-made constructions. Each superstructure is taken apart using computer generated graphics and insight from world class specialists to reveal the size, scale, and startling innovations that turned each of them from dream to reality.

Gordon Ramsay – 24 Hours to Hell and Back, Channel 4 at 11.05pm
Gordon Ramsay visits M’Dears Bakery and Bistro, a struggling restaurant in Los Angeles, that specialises in Southern cuisine with a Californian twist and freshly baked goods.
He and his team have just 24 hours to redecorate the premises, changing the dated dining area into a cosy and tasteful Soul Food destination. They also introduce a revamped menu, working around the clock with the staff of M’Dears, who must learn how to prepare the new dishes efficiently. The customers are asked to return the next day and dine in the updated restaurant. Will they appreciate all the changes?
Her Majesty’s Cavalry, ITV, STV and UTV at 8.30pm
In the second episode ITV go behind the scenes of the wedding of the year, as Prince Harry marries Meghan Markle in front of the eyes of the world. Cameras take a ‘backstage’ look as the Prince’s own former regiment prepare for a starring role in the big day.
Corporal of Horse, Frankie O’Leary, served on the frontline with Prince Harry in Afghanistan. He must now rally his troop to ensure their procession is flawless for his former boss’ wedding. ITV also see the Household Cavalry’s very own Changing of the Guard as their new Commanding Officer gets ready to take the reins. Lt Colonel Paddy Williams is more comfortable riding tanks on the battlefield to riding horses.
Holby City, BBC One (England, NI and Wales) at 8pm
