X Factor: Sophie Habibis favourite to be eliminated

Sophie Habibis is favourite to be the next contestant voted off the X Factor.

Yesterday the contestants performed songs loosely related to this weekends Halloween theme. Singing ‘Bang Bang (Shot You Down)’, she was praised for her vocal performance but Louis Walsh was critical insisting that “something was missing”. He went on to say “It’s like you’re a secretary that sings at the weekend”.

This week has seen the show dominating the tabloids for a number of different reasons. There were claims that Kelly Rowland and Tulisa Contostavlos are not speaking to each other following their on-air disagreements last weekend. Kelly pulled out of this weekends shows after falling ill while in Los Angeles. This added fuel to the rumours that she was thinking of quitting the show.

Rhythmix were forced to change their name following possible legal action from a charity of the same name. They have now settled on Little Mix. The ‘shock’ of the week came from fellow group The Risk. Ashley  Baptiste decided that being in a boy band was not for him and quit the show. On Friday the remaining members called upon Ashford Campbell to join the group. He had previously been apart of Nu Vibe who were eliminated from the show two weeks ago.
