Journalist arrested in Tuleta investigation

Police have arrested a journalist this morning as part of the ongoing Tuleta investigation.

A 33 year old male journalist was arrested after 11.00am this morning after attending a south London police station by appointment. He is currently in custody after being arrested on suspicion of offences under the Theft Act 1968, Computer Misuse Act 1990 and on suspicion of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice contrary to the Criminal Law Act 1977.
The arrest relates to a suspected conspiracy involving the gathering of data from stolen mobile phones
