Details of new Torchwood audio plays revealed

The latest issue of the Doctor Who Magazine has revealed details about the three new Torchwood audio plays which will see Gareth David Lloyd reprise his role of fan favourite Ianto Jones.

The three new stories are set before the mini-series Children of Earth which saw the popular character of Ianto killed off. The death of the character prompted an outcry from some fans and an unsuccessful campaign to get the character revived. However, fans will be able to enjoy Ianto once more in the three new audio adventures featuring Jack (John Barrowman), Gwen (Eve Myles) and Ianto.

Russell T. Davies, in the new issue of the Doctor Who Magazine, has also revealed the three new adventures will revolve around the theme of possession but will be separate stories. The episode titles are Submission (written by Ryan Scott), House of the Dead (written by James Goss) and The Devil and Miss Carew (written by Rupert Laight).

As yet there are no details on when the stories will be broadcast/released.
