Fringe ratings plunge

Ratings for Fox’s creepy cult drama Fringe plunged on Friday evening for its second outing of the fourth season.

Ratings challenged Fringe didn’t exactly have the best of returns last week though admittedly it’s ratings were higher than its third season finale. One week on and now its ratings are on par with its previous lowest point – not that necessarily predicts doom for Fringe. The grave-yard slot hasn’t claimed another victim yet and the series brings something else to Fox – kudos. Last night’s episode of Fringe had 3.1 million viewers with a 1.2 18-49 demo. Elsewhere last night Nikita on The CW had just under 1.8 million viewers while Supernatural, also on The CW, managed to nudge slightly ahead with 1.8 million viewers.
