Nikita Ratings Hit Season High

NikitaStruggling Maggie Q drama series Nikita hit a season high on Friday evening as the broadcasters opted for a night of repeats.

Nikita has always been ratings challenged for The CW but Friday night finally gave the drama some good headlines; it reached a season high. In fact Nikita‘s ratings on Friday were the best in nearly a year. According to overnight data Nikita hit 1.6 million viewers with a 0.5 18-49 rating. The boost was down to the fact that other broadcasters opted for repeats.

Elsewhere at 8om CBS‘s repeat of Undercover Boss had 7 million viewers with a 1.4 rating while Fox‘s Kitchen Nightmares had 3.7 million viewers and a 1.3 eating. NBC‘s repeat of Betty White’s Off The Rockers had 4.2 million viewers and a 1.0 18-49 rating in the first part of the hour and 3.7 million viewers and a 1.0 rating in the second half. ABC‘s repeat of Last Man Standing pulled in 4.8 million viewers with a 0.9 rating followed by Malibu Country with 4.1 million viewers and a 0.8 rating.

At 9pm ABC’s (repeat) of Shark Tank entertained 5 million viewers giving it a 1.4 while NBC’s Deadline had 5.5 million viewers tuning in for the two-hour block with a 1.2 18-49 rating. CBS’s (repeat) of CSI: NY commanded 7.4 million viewers with a 1.0 rating while Fox repeated Kevin Bacon’s new drama series The Following which was seen by 3.2 million viewers and a 0.4 rating. Finally The CW opted to repeat The Carrie Diaries which had 820,000 viewers and a 0.4 18-49 rating.
