In tomorrow’s edition, top hoteliers John and Francis Brennan are in the historic seaside town of Youghal, Co Cork to help two first-timers get their hotel up and running.

The historic picturesque seaside town of Youghal is the backdrop for this edition of At Your Service as Mark Golden and Mark Johnston attempt to get their seventeen room hotel up and running.

They took over the lease of The Old Imperial Hotel in January 2012 but as they come from a catering background the running of a major hospitality business is proving more of a challenge than the first time hotel managers expected.

To have their own successful business has always been their dream – can the Brennans make this dream become reality?
