Gymnastic group end up in hospital following BGT audition

A member of a gymnastic group was rushed to hospital after falling during a performance to wow the Britain’s Got Talent judges at the Birmingham auditions.

The Sun reports that Air Gravity, who are from Northampton, were auditioning in front of the Britain’s Got Talent judges which includes Simon Cowell when one member fell and dislocated their shoulder. Medics are on standby at the show but as a precaution he was taken to hospital.

“The act was going well and everyone seemed to be enjoying it. They were different to some of the stuff that’s been on the show before. But, towards the end of the act, one guy bounced from one trampoline to another and grimaced with pain when he landed.” – Show source speaking to The Sun 

The team includes members from Northamptonshire Trampoline Gymnastic Academy’s elite squad, featuring National Champions, Great Britain team members and an Olympian. Air Gravity took part in Let’s Get Gold last year on ITV, which they finished in second place.
