David Walliams Reveals Britain’s Got Talent Return Date?

David Walliams has apparently revealed the launch date for the seventh series of Britain’s Got Talent.

The BGT judge revealed the date for its return to ITV when asked by a follower on Twitter. The comedian replied “It will start on ITV1 on Saturday April 13th”. That date has yet to be officially confirmed by ITV and isn’t likely to be until closer the time.

Reports have already suggested that BGT and BBC rival The Voice will once again clash as they did last year. During the Blind Audition stages of The Voice the BBC talent show had the edge over ITV’s BGT but that dropped away once both moved to the live show stages.

The seventh season of Britain’s Got Talent will see its complete line-up of judges return; Amanda Holden, Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and Walliams himself. As ever Ant and Dec will once again present the series which, regardless of its ratings performance, will dominate the tabloids for its duration on-air.
