MASH actor Allan Arbus dies, aged 95
M*A*S*H star Allan Arbus, who played army psychiatrist Sidney Freedman has died at the age of 95.
The news was announced Tuesday that Arbus had died as a result of congestive heart failure at his home in Los Angeles on 19th April. As well as staring in the iconic 1970s CBS show, he also appeared in shows such as Starsky and Hutch and L.A. Law.
His last television appearance was in comedy Curb Your Enthusiasm in 2000.
Arbus was boring in 1918 in New York and became a photographer for the US Army in the 1940s going on to set-up his own photography business in that decade.
