Lord Sugar confirms Apprentice return date

Lord Sugar has confirmed on Twitter the return date for The Apprentice.

Series 9 of the business reality show kicks off on Tuesday 7th May at 9.00pm on BBC One, followed by the next episode on Wednesday 8th May, also at 9.00pm. Sugar also confirmed that the show will then air every Wednesday.

The previous series was won by Ricky Martin which aired as part of the Diamond Jubilee celebration weekend in June 2012. A new flashy promo, ‘the finger of fear’ has been airing on BBC One for the new series.

Lord Sugar will be back along with Nick Hewer and Karren Brady.
