Car Crash horror for Coronation Street

Coronation Street‘s Nick Tilsley and half-brother David Platt will be involved in a dramatic car crash later this Summer, according to The Sun.

The paper reports that Nick will be left in a critical condition following the crash. Recent episodes have seen cunning David return to his wicked ways having discovered the child his wife Kylie is carrying may actually be the offspring of Nick.

David is currently sabotaging Nick’s relationship with Leanne by planting ‘evidence’ that she’s having an affair with ex-Peter Barlow.

The paper quotes a Corrie source who reveals that Nick and David will row while in a car which ends up spinning out of control. It will coincide with David’s wife Kylie giving birth.

The Platt family have previously had a run-in with a car when deranged Richard Hilman drove the family into a canal.

The scenes will air in August.
