Affair revenge for Sally in Coronation Street

A forthcoming plot in Coronation Street will reportedly see Sally Webster (Sally Dynevor) get her revenge on cheating husband Kevin (Michael Le Vell) by embarking on an affair of her own.

A forthcoming plot will reportedly see Sally Webster (Sally Dynevor) get her revenge on cheating husband Kevin (Michael Le Vell) by embarking on an affair of her own in Coronation Street. The Sun reports that Sally will embark on an affair in the New Year – with Tyrone (Alan Halshall). The unlikely affair between the two will begin in the New Year when they come together; both suffering the aftermath of baby Jack’s real parentage coming to light. The affair is, of course, even more poetic given that it was the affair between Kevin and Molly (Vicky Binns) that draws the two wronged spouses together.

 

Molly and Kevin were already an unlikely couple but Tyrone and Sally is even more ridiculous. They have nothing in common, but their broken hearts will bond them for a short while.They need each other right now. For Tyrone he just wants some love, but Sally is a little bit more clever than that. She wants to hurt Kevin. It looks like Tyrone will be caught in the crossfire.” A “source” quoted in The Sun

 

There were plenty of criticisms levelled at Coronation Street during the Molly/Kevin affair with many fans unconvinced by the unlikely romance. However, while Coronation Street bosses defended the affair between the two publications such as Radio Times, Inside Soap and ATV Today were all critical of the storyline.
