ABC reveal All My Children finale date

ABC has revealed the date for the final episode of its daytime soap All My Children.

The broadcaster has announced that the last episode will air on Friday 23rd September and promised AMC “will end in a manner that respects the show’s legacy and honors its history, the stories of the families that fans have grown to know and love over the years.”. ABC announced it was cancelling the soap earlier this year along with One Life to Live which will continue until January.

ABC has also revealed details of another return planned for the soap. It has already been revealed that Carol Burnett, Melissa Claire Egan, Kate Collins, Jennifer Bassey, Josh Duhamel and Eva LaRue are all reprising their respective roles. Fans can now add a new name to the growing list of returnees – Leven Ramblin who will return as Lilly.
