The View to pay tribute to One Life to Live

ABC‘s daytime talk show The View will mark the finale of One Life to Live with in January with an edition devoted to the daytime soap.

Now its clear that One Life to Live will not continue, online as planned by Prospect Park, and will end in January talk-show The View has announced plans to air a tribute to the veteran soap. The special edition, dedicated to the soap, will air ahead of its last ever episode on ABC. The edition will feature exclusive footage of the final scenes filmed for the soap, behind-the-scenes footage, clips as well as interviews.

As yet its too early to reveal which guests will appear bar two already confirmed; actress Erika Slezak and Agnes Nixon – the soap’s creator. The View paid tribute to All My Children in September when it ended its run on ABC.
