Hillary B. Smith joining The Bold and the Beautiful
It’s been revealed that actress Hillary B. Smith is to join the cast of CBS soap The Bold and the Beautiful.
The news comes after yesterday’s final episode of ABC soap One Life to Live in which the actress was a regular cast member. Smith played the role of Nora Buchanan in the popular ABC saga having joined the cast in 1992 and remained with it until the end. The actress had previously hinted to her fans that she had new projects lined up following production wrapping on OLTL.
Yesterday it was announced that the actress would join the cast of L.A soap The Bold and the Beautiful. Producer Bradley P. Bell said in a statement ‘Hillary is a formidable actress with a powerful screen presence, I look forward to collaborating on this new and dynamic character with her on The Bold and the Beautiful.” The actress will make her first debut in the fashion saga in early March playing Dr. Stacy, a psychiatrist with is specialised in sex therapy.
While Smith is heading to B&B several of her OLTL cast members are heading to fellow ABC soap General Hospital – as their OLTL characters. As revealed earlier in the week four characters will crossover to General Hospital later this year. Find out more here >>
