Joe Brown announces a night of music in Lichfield

Premier rock ‘n’ roll legend Joe Brown is to bring his unique musical styles to the Lichfield Garrick next month.

Joe Brown goes from strength to strength as his contemporary achievements continue to gather momentum. The performer who has been entertaining audiences for over fifty years with hits such as Sea of Heartbreak, Picture of You and That’s What Love Will Do is to bring his five piece band including his son and record producer Peter to the Lichfield Garrick for an evening of various music styles.

The 73-year-old has continued to break box office records and recently received MOJO magazine’s coveted Outstanding Contribution to Music Award as well as a much deserved MBE. Joe will be on stage all evening and the musical styles incorporated into his new show break more boundaries and are as unique as the man himself.

As well as a long music career Joe has also appeared in a number of big screen movies as well as a regular television personality with his own ITV entertainment series The Joe Brown Show and also Joe & Co for the BBC while during the 1980s he kept his telly profile up as host of a couple of game shows for ITV as well as a guest panelist on BBC One comedy quiz show Blankety Blank.
