Sky1 to find Diversity in Dublin

Sky1 is to broadcast an hour long special Diversity in Dublin, following the British street dance troupe from London who found fame on ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent.

Cameras for the broadcaster will record the Diversity “Digitized” Tour 2012 during the dance crew’s Dublin gig tomorrow, Saturday 14th April.

Group leader and Choreographer Ashley Banjo said: “We are always blown away by the reaction we receive on tour, it’s amazing. We are really enjoying getting back out there with our brand new Digitized show. Filming the Dublin date of the tour for Sky 1 HD will help us reach an even wider audience, and give fans a great opportunity to watch what goes on behind the scenes!”

The Dublin date marks the penultimate performance of Diversity’s 13-date arena tour, their biggest to date, which has visited cities across the UK and Ireland and follows their 2010 tour “Diversitoy’s: Bringing A Toy Story To Life”

Driven by their motto “Dream, Believe, Achieve“, Diversity is a remarkable example of what happens when team work, dedication and belief are thrown together. In 2010 alone they performed live to over 300,000 people across the world and since winning Britain’s Got Talent in 2009, they have performed in front of The Queen at The Royal Variety Show, been the first act to perform in front of the UK Prime Minister outside No. 10 Downing Street, and have starred in the hit film ‘StreetDance 3D’.

Fans of the street and hip-hop crew led by Ashley Banjo can see the show air on Sky 1 HD this Autumn.
