Coronation Street actress Kym Marsh has praised Hollyoaks actor Kieron Richardson who came out as gay last week on This Morning. The actor, who plays Ste in the Channel Four soap, came out to Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby on the ITV magazine programme while discussing an upcoming gay plot featuring his character. Marsh was one of several Coronation Street cast members to take part in the recent gay pride celebrations in Manchester. The actress joined cast members such as Anthony Cotton, Beverley Callard and Jennie McAlphine on a float at gay pride celebrating the soap.
