ABCThe Parents Television Council has set its sights on two forthcoming ABC shows; Good Christian Bitches and Don’t Trust The Bitch in Apartment 23.  The lobby group has waged a war against MTV’s remake of Skins which has resulted in major advertisers withdrawing their support from the drama. However, they have so far been unsuccessful in their calls for a Federal Inquiry into Skins over the teenage sex featured within it. MTV’s decision not to pull Skins from the schedules has also enraged the P.T.C but the broadcaster has stuck by its controversial drama.

It looks as though the pressure on Skins by the P.T.C might ease as the lobby group sets its sights on two ABC shows; Good Christian Bitches and Don’t Trust The Bitch in Apartment 23. The P.T.C has taken against the two new pilots because of their titles even though its unlikely either title will actually be used when the two pilots air. That hasn’t stopped the P.T.C getting into a tizz over them though and has urged its members to sign a petition against both shows! The P.T.C has said it will use “every method” to turn “viewers and advertisers” away from both pilots.
