Charlie Clements quits EastEnders for new roles
EastEnders actor Charlie Clements is to leave the soap, it has been announced.

The 22-year-old actor, who has played Bradley Branning in the BBC soap since 2006, will bow out of the show next year as part of a sensational storyline to mark the show’s 25th anniversary in February.
“I have been at EastEnders for nearly four years and I have enjoyed every minute with some fantastic storylines. But I feel that now is the time to take on some new roles.” – Charlie Clements
Bradley arrived in Walford as Jim’s socially-gauche grandson in February 2006, his subsequent on/off romance with feisty Stacey Slater has proven popular with fans over the years.
Mirror.co.uk reports that the character’s final chapter will include a brief reunion with Stacey.
“Viewers will miss Charlie hugely and I can promise a big exit. I know he’ll go on to great things,” adds EastEnders’ exec Diederick Santer.
