Sean Kenan returning to The Bold and the Beautiful

Actor Sean Kenan is reprising his role of Deacon Sharpe once more but this time it will be on fashion based soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. The actor will return to Los Angeles from May though an unspecified period. The actor originally played the part of Deacon between 2000 and 2005 on The Bold and the Beautiful but more recently played the character in sister soap The Young and the Restless from 2009 to earlier this year.
Meanwhile its also been confirmed that television presenter/personality Romona Bruland will return to The Bold and the Beautiful for a 10 episode stint start on Monday 23rd April. Bruland last appeared in soap last year for a single episode as she helped Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) to marry Liam (Scott Clifton).
Finally rumours that actress Kimberlin Brown is to reprise her role of the deranged Shelia Carter are false. The rumours were sparked partially by an entry on Wikipedia listing the return of Shelia Carter has taking place later this month. Allas though a spokesperson told CBS Soaps in Depth there was no truth to the rumours meaning – for now – Shelia is very much dead. Shelia Carter popped up in The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless many times over the years with perhaps her most famous nasty deed being the shooting of Taylor (Hunter Tyler) in 2002 supposedly killing her.
