American soap actress Jacqueline MacInnes Wood has joined the cast of horror movie Final Destination Five.

American soap actress Jacqueline MacInnes Wood has joined the cast of horror movie Final Destination Five. The actress plays Steffy Forrester in the CBS daytime soap The Bold and the Beautiful but has landed her first movie role; she’ll play Olivia Reynolds in the latest entry in the Final Destination franchise. Filming for the movie is currently taking place in Canada.

Jacqueline MacInnes Wood joined The Bold and the Beautiful in 2008 taking over the role of Steffy Forrester; the daughter of Ridge (Ronn Moss) and Taylor (Hunter Tylo). In her two years with the soap she has been involved in several big storylines such as her romance with Rick (Kyle Lowder) following the death of her twin sister Phoebe (MacKenzie Mauzy).

Although filming for Final Destination 5 will take Jacqueline MacInnes Wood away from the soaps studios in Los Angeles her character of Steffy will continue to appear for some time – as the actress has pre-recorded numerous scenes. Once filming on Final Destination 5 has wrapped it is expected that Jacqueline MacInnes Wood will rejoin The Bold and the Beautiful.
