Beth Tweddle favourite to win Dancing on Ice

Dancing on IceOlympic gymnast Beth Tweddle is favourite with the bookmakers to win this year’s Dancing on Ice with her dance partner Dan Whiston.

The bronze medallist from the London 2012 games is favourite with many bookies to take the crown. If she wins on Sunday evening it will give her professional dance partner a third win.

Tweddle  will be up against Olympic boxer Luke Campbell and former EastEnders actor Matt Lapinskas.

Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean will be performing a brand new version of their Bolero routine, which is followed by two acts who will show their own self-choreographed Bolero. The picture below shows Beth and Dan in rehearsals for tonight’s Bolero performance, which they will do if they are in the top two when voting is frozen during the show.

All three made it through to the final by default after Gareth Thomas had to pull out of the semi-final due to motion sickness. The sickness occured as the finalists for the flying routine – one of two required performances in the semi finals.

The two hour finale airs tonight at 7.00pm on ITV
